What was your grade for the second six weeks? Was it over 90? Was it below 90?
If it was below 90, you should be finishing your presentation.
If your grade was above 90, then you should be working quickly through the Illustrator lessons.
What do you need to have done in the next two weeks before finals?
If you are working on the table/presentation (Daily Work), you need to have a table, an MLA paper, an outline, a handout and a presentation.
If you are working on Illustrator (Project), you need to have lessons zero through eleven completed.
EVERYONE also needs to have a blog post for every day of class. That blog post must contain something you learned in class and a corresponding TEK.
You will need to know the information that we have discussed in class about color theory and printing.
You will also need to know this information about evaluating the reliability of web sites.
If you have chosen to make a presentation for your six weeks exam or you semester exam, you are still required to attend our scheduled exam time. This is a school-wide rule and is not in any way negotiable.
You should be maintaining a grade sheet to track all of your assignments and blog posts for this six weeks.
You cannot pass the six weeks unless you complete all of the work. This is different than most classes where you can pass even if you only do part of the work. It is also different than most classes because most assignments are pass or fail. By completing all of the assignments, you can easily achieve a 100.
It is your responsibility to keep track of assignments and be sure you know what you are doing. It is also your responsiblity to read my blog every day.
You are not required to do optional assignments. That is the meaning of the word optional - it is your choice.
