For those who started Illustrator two weeks ago (Project) there is one grading curve, and a different for those students who start Illustrator today (Daily), after finishing their project.
If you started Illustrator two weeks ago, your daily grade for this second half of the third six will be what is listed below based on what you finish by the end of class Friday, 12/14:
Chapter 11 100
Chapter 10 95
Chapter 9 90
Chapter 8 85
Chapter 7 80
Chapter 6 75
Chapter 5 70
Chapter 4 Fail
Chapter 3 Fail
Chapter 0 Fail
Chapter 2 Fail
Chapter 1 Fail
If you are starting Illustrator today, you grade is based on how many chapters you finish.

Chapter 0 70

TO RECEIVE CREDIT FOR A CHAPTER, YOUR FINAL PRODUCT MUST BE POSTED IN YOUR BLOG as a jpg.
You will receive credit for your final image based on how similar it is to the model.
If there are more than two significant differences you will not receive credit.
A significant difference is:
Placement - an object is more than half of the width of a text character off
Color - color is visibly different from the original
Other - tracing, cutting, pathfinding, alignment, letter shapes are significantly/visibly different
Any stray marks or layering disorder will be considered significant.
